The 2016 AudiQ5 comes standard with a backup camera on the vehicle. This works with the stock screen that is in the dash to allow You to see what is behind You when You put the vehicle into reverse. Backup cameras have been mandated by law in the United States and that means they must be installed on all new vehicle models that are released going forward. They are a great way to be able to tell what is behind You and have reduced accidents and injuries. If the backup camera is not working on Your Q5 the first thing You should check is the reverse switch to make sure Your reverse lights are coming on as well since that tells the camera to activate.

Yes, the 2016 Audi Q5 can be equipped with a backup camera. The rear view camera is optional on all three trims.
