The 2016 Buick Encore comes with optional headed seats available on the vehicle. They are part of the cold weather package which also includes a heated steering wheel and they are only available with the leather seating. Heated seats are a great thing to have if You live in an area that gets cold. The seats will get warm before the heater gets warm in the car and that can make it more comfortable to sit around in. If You have any issues with the seat heaters the first thing You should check are the fuses to the seat. If that does not fix it then You will want to check the wire harness at the bottom of the seats.

Yes, the 2016 Buick Encore has heated seats but they are not available on all trims. Heated driver and passenger seat cushions come standard on the Leather and Premium trims. They are not available on the Base, Convenience and Sport Touring models.
