Yes, you can connect your phone to the system to access to Apple CarPlay on the 2016 Chevy Impala. On the main display, you'll see a button called Projection.Physically tether your phone (via cable) to the system. Software for Apple CarPlay is sent to your phone and it's projected onto the touch display screen.
