The 2017 Acura TLX did not come equipped with a spare tire except on the top of the line SH-AWD trim level. If You have one of the lower level trims then there will be a fixA tire kit and an inflator kit located in the trunk. It can be found on the left hand side and You will need to peel the carpet back a bit to located the alcove it sits in. If You need to get a single tire replaced for this vehicle You will be looking at spending between $200 and $325 in total labor and parts costs.

To raise fuel mileage in the interest of making each vehicle more efficient, manufacturers are eliminating all components they determine to be unnecessary. The spare tire was included in this case. If you drive over a nail or your tire is damaged in another way, this car is equipped with a sealant and inflator kit. Some people feel more comfortable with a spare tire which can be purchased as an aftermarket part.
