The 2017 Chevy Impala does have a CD player. You will come into problems with the sound. This could be from the stereo's speakers or a phone that is connected to the vehicle. Whatever the source, You will need to have these issues solved quickly. If the nuisances are coming from the phone, it could be that the software won't update at all, the device won't sync with the vehicle, the phone's battery is near empty, or something is interfering with the signal. If the problems are coming from the stereo's speakers, it may be static sounds, randomly turns off, a loose wire, or a blown fuse.

The Impala has a variety of connectivity options and, in the top trims, quite a few luxury features including heated seats. If you are looking for a CD player, however, you will not find one in this vehicle at any trim level. With all of the new technology in cars, CD players are going the way of the tape player. But, if you want one in your Impala, you can always get one aftermarket, and have it installed.
