The 2017 Subaru Outback does indeed come standard with a heated steering wheel. The only issue is, it is only standard on the Touring trim. The wheel heating can be turned on and off using the controls on the front of the steering wheel. This vehicle also include responsive fog lights, and heated seats on the front driver and passenger sides. The rear seats also have the ability to recline with the touring package.
