The 2018 Acura RDX doesn't have a heated steering wheel. The power steering fluid needs to be changed every 75,000 miles. Along with changing fluids, You will come across noises from steering parts. A faulty bearing will make a nasty sound. A loose bearing will become painful to the ear. Having great steering is key for changing lanes and moving about on the road. You will someday come across some issues though. The steering wheel can become stuck. It may turn to one side. Steering fluid can leak at one point. The steering pump may become loose and that will spell disaster for Your vehicle. The strut bearings might become bad. The rack mount can become faulty.

No, the 2018 Acura RDX does not have a heated steering wheel and there is no package that includes them. The Acura does have a strong base model with heated front seats, dual zone climate control, a rear back up camera and a tilt-telescopic steering column. A heated steering wheel is expected to debut in 2019.
