The 2018 Cadillac XT5 offers a full-color Head-Up Display (HUD) that presents valuable performance and entertainment info right on Your windshield for easy viewing. A heads-up display may project vehicle information such as GPS maps, speed, temperature, and other information to a film on the windshield or directly to the windshield. It keeps Your eyes on the road while You are looking at directions or checking the status of Your vehicle's engine fluids. If You look at a head-up display as a safety feature designed to keep Your eyes on the road and not looking down at an infotainment display, trying the tech makes sense. Head-up displays are worth considering but are far from a must-have feature.

Yes, the 2018 Cadillac XT5 does have a heads up display, but only on the fully loaded AWD Platinum model. A heads-up display is a safety feature that allows you to keep your eyes on the road by projecting an replica of dashboard data on the windshield. The technology is not available on the base model, the Luxury or Premium Luxury trims.
