The 2018 INFINITIQ50 did not come standard with Apple CarPlay and so far there has been no update available that has added it to this vehicle. It was no until the 2020 models that INFINITI started offering Apple CarPlay connectivity. It will be rather expensive but if You really want to add it to Your vehicle You can purchase an after market navigation system. These will cost between $300 and $600+ and unless You have electrical knowledge You're going to want to have a mechanic install it which is going to drive the total cost even higher.

No, the 2018 Infiniti Q50 surprisingly does not have Apple CarPlay. The entertainment system does have a CD player and SiriusXM Radio is available with a subscription. While wireless phone connectivity is offered standard, Apple CarPlay is nowhere to be found.
