Yes, the 2018 Volvo XC60 has a spare tire. A compact spare is standare on all trims - the T5 Momentum, and T5 R-Design, T6 Momentum, T5 Inscription, T6 R-Design and T6 Inscription - and is located under the floor panel in the cargo area.
