The 2019 Honda Civic comes standard with a spare tire that is located in the trunk of the car under the main floor. This spare tire is what is called a space saving spare and it is smaller in size than a regular tire. It is also narrower so You do wind up having less traction. In the event of a flat tire there is also a scissor jack and tool kit to change the tire that can be found under the floor and in the side wall of the trunk too. Always be sure to get Your damaged tire replaced as soon as possible since driving on a spare should not be done for a long time and should not be done at over 55 miles per hour.

Incorrect, I purchased new 2019 Civic Si from Honda dealer and not equipped with OEM spare. Equipped only with the "Fix-A-Flat" system. I located retailer that sells manufacturer OEM wheels to the public. Same as the wheel(s) on the car. Also mounted same tire. I now carry full size spare in the trunk, that is identical to the four tires/wheels installed at the assembly plant. Don't forget, you also have to add jack! Honda also failed to supply that, too!

The 2019 Honda Civic does come with a spare tire although this part was omitted from the 2020 model.
My 2020 Civic Coupe EX has a spare tire. It is not the full size tire. It's the infamous "donut". But it's fine for me.

My 2020 does not have a spare and Honda roadside asst only changes tires so it is useless
