Dodge Ram 1500 has a wheel stud size of 139mm. The studs are arranged in a five-lug pattern i.e 5 X139. All the modern-day Dodge Rams follow this lug pattern. You measure from the outermost point of one hole to the center of one of the two holes furthest away, to get the exact value of the bolt pattern. Driving a vehicle missing a wheel lug stud is a bad idea, and can be dangerous. If the car is missing just one stud, you should be able to safely drive it to a repair facility. But don't wait long, as there's an increased chance the other lug studs will fail due to overloading. The chances of a wheel lug becoming an issue are quite slim. This is commonly caused by over-tightening or due to rust. In any case, you should get it repaired where one stud will cost in the range of $75 to $105 on average.

There are no serious reports of the fuel pump being faulty on ford explorers but a symptom that your fuel pump might be going out is trouble starting the vehicle or engine stalling on you.
