No the Subaru Crosstrek does not have a power liftgate on any trim level or any year of the vehicle. Subaru did not offer it as an upgrade option either. If You want a Subaru that has a power liftgate You're going to want to take a look at the Foresters. They will have a power lift gate and a bit more power under the hood also.

My 2019 crosstrek does not have an auto tail gate opening. Pretty disappointing. I never even bothered to ask ,as I was sure it was going to have one. Most cars do nowadays,

I was about to buy a Crosstrek but when I drove it and open the tailgate, I found that it was not power and it went up so high. I couldn’t reach you to bring it back down. I was very upset as I really like the car but I need a power tailgate. I’m too short, and I refuse to get a tether to pull the hatch back diwn. Plus I’m sure if I opened up in my garage it would hit the overhead garage door!

Yes so so disappointed no auto lift gate. My mom is 81 years old and really loved the car but she can’t reach the tailgate even if they put the strap for her. Sadly
