First, remove the cover that obscures the radiator. This should reveal a set of screws that hold the grille to the car. Unscrew these and set aside for later. Next, remove the bolts from the bumper, as well as the bolts holding down the tow hook. Then, set these parts aside, making sure to remove any covers as well. Then, install the mounting brackets on to the front of the car. Both the cars owners manual, as well as the grille guards documentation should tell You exactly where to mount the brackets. When the brackets are mounted, simply align the grille guard and screw the bolts You set aside earlier to secure them. Re-assemble any covers and connect all the parts to complete the process.

Place the lower brackets with the given hardware onto the grille guard to place a brush gaurd. Help someone pick the bar up into place. Make sure the bumper focuses it on. Keep the brush guard in place, and mark the bumper or bumper cover with someone else. Use your die grinder and cut-off wheel to break the marked plastic away. Again test-fit the guard and perform the trim process until the mounts on the frame of the brush bar rest squarely. Label holes on the bolt. Drill the holes in the bolts and slide a washer over each. Instead, the guard slips into the holes. Slide through your grille the top mounting brackets, and torque all mounting bolts in place.
