The procedure to perform an anti-theft reset on Your 2003 Lincoln Navigator is time sensitive, so be aware of the timing. First, turn the ignition off and make sure that all the doors and liftgate window are closed. Now, You need to do this within 30 seconds. If You mess up, wait 30 seconds or more before You try again. Turn the ignition key to ON. Power the door unlock control three times. Turn the ignition from ON to OFF. Press the power door unlock again three times. Turn the ignition back to ON. You should hear a chirp from the horn. Press unlock, then lock. You should hear the horn again. Now, turn the ignition back off; the horn should chirp at You again, letting You know everything was successful.

To do an anti theft reset in the 2003 lincoln navigator, turn the ignition to the run position. After 10 minutes, the security light should blink. After it goes back off, turn the key to off, wait 5 seconds, and try starting the vehicle.
