To reset bluetooth in the 2010 Mazda3 if the infotainment screen is frozen or Your device is not connecting, press and hold the Mute, Nav, and Back buttons together for at least 10 seconds. You'll find those buttons around the Multifunction Commander Control knob. This should restart Mazda CONNECT in Your vehicle. If bluetooth is still not working, check the system for software updates by selecting "settings" from the home screen, then "system". NeXTScroll to "Music Database Update" and choose select from "Search for Software Updates". Alternatively You may select "OS System", "Gracenote Version" or "Cancel Update." One of these approaches should restore bluetooth. If not, attempt clearing the Mazda from Your phone's connectivity options and re-pairing the device again.

I tried all the tricks to get my Bluetooth to work again and nothing worked until I tried this! Use voice control to delete all paired devices in pairing options. Deleted all and finally saw my devices. This works if you are trying to manually delete paired devices and doesn’t actually delete. Good luck
