The firSTStep to turning off the tire pressure light is to make sure that all of Your tires are at the correct pressure. For the 2010 Toyota Highlander all of the wheels should be at about 32 psi. Something within the 30 to 35 range should be fine but 32 is ideal. If You need to get a pressure gauge You can pick up a digital one at local auto shops or a Walmart for as little as $15. Once You are sure the pressure is correct You need to turn on the engine and find the reset button on Your instrument panel. Press and hold the reset button until the TPMS light blinkS3 times. Keep the engine running for a few minutes and the light should turn off if everything is fine. -

To reset the tpms on the 2010 toyota highlander make sure the tire pressure is correct, then turn on the vehicle. Now hit the reset button that is to the right of the steering wheel and wait ten minutes. In some cases you may need to hold the button down till the light flashes. If the sensor is not working correctly then you may have tires with incorrect pressure, and the car can get bad performance.
