You can't reset the air suspension on the 2012 Lincoln Navigator. It will do it on its own if it needs to, but there is not a dedicated way to do it. You can try pulling the fuse or disconnecting the battery for about 10 min. This may cause the ECU to reset and then have to calibrate again. This is more a side effect than an actual proper technique though, so it may not work. It may also cause other unwanted issues, so preceded at Your own risk. If You think there is something wrong with the suspension then You should take the car into the shop and have them take a look at it.
