On a 2014 Dodge Charger, the tire pressure monitor system, also called TPMS, is a system that uses a sensor mounted in the valve stem of each tire to remotely monitor the pressure at that tire. The system uses a wireleSSRF signal from each wheel to exchange data at a rate of once per minute. If one of the sensors on Your vehicle reads a tire pressure below the preset amount it will let You know with a warning light on the dashboard. To turn that light off You only need to fill the tire to the correct psiAnd drive the vehicle for 10-15 minutes at 15 mph or higher. The sensor will read the new pressure and turn off the light. If You are sure that the psi is correct yet the light remains on, You may have a faulty sensor that will need to be replaced. They have built in batteries that last roughly 5 years on average.

To reset the tire pressure monitor or tpms system in your 2014 dodge charger vehicle, turn the ignition key to the "on" position and depress the tpms button, usually located under the dash, until the tpms light blinks several times. Start your vehicle and let it run for at least 20 minutes and your tpms system should be reset.
