The 2015 Chrysler 200 "Gap Cap" warning is designed to alert drivers to a loose gas cap. To reset the light, pull over to a safe location and check that the fuel door is firmly shut and there is no debris hindering the fuel filler neck. Proceed to drive for a few miles to see if the message corrects itself. If the light remains illuminated You may have a gas leak in one Your fuel lines. Have the vehicle examined by a mechanic. If You wish to clear the code manually, connect an OBDII scanner to the Chrysler's OBD port and select "read". When the error code for the gas cap is displayed, select "erase" to delete the warning from Your car's instrument panel.

The 2015 chrysler 200 gas cap light means there is a fuel leak. You should put the gas cap back on and continue driving slowly, the light should go out. If it does not then you have a leak in the fuel line and will need to call for a tow. You can also loose the cap.
