The inspection light on a 2016 AudiA6 is there to let You know to get Your vehicle inspected and the oil changed. Usually a dealership or mechanic will reset this light when they are done with the service. If they forgot or You are doing the services Yourself then You will need to reset it Yourself. To reset it You will need to put the car in the on position with the engine off. After that You can press the car button, then to go car systems control. Scroll down to servicing and checks then You can preSSReset oil change interval. This will turn off the light on the dash when You start up the vehicle.

The answers above only address the oil service interval and not the “inspection due” light. To reset this “warning” light a special tool is required.

To reset the 2016 audi a6 inspection light you will need to put the car in the on position, then press the car button, go to car systems control, servicing and checks, then select reset oil change interval
