I'm assuming You've gone ahead and actually changed or had the oil changed for You in Your 2017 Kia Rio, and need the Oil Maintenance Required light reset because it hasn't automatically detected it. First, go ahead and turn the ignition key to the "ON" position, but don't start the engine; if this Rio's got one of those fancy ignition buttons, You'll want to press the START-STOP ENGINE button twice, but avoid touching the brake pedal. Next, press down and hold the TRIP button, located on the right side of the steering wheel center V-styling below the horn, until You see USER SETTINGS appear. Scroll down on the menu to MAINTENANCE, using the TRIP button to navigate and press the RESET button to select the desired menu item. Select ENGINE OIL, and You'll see where You can reset the time and distance for the next maintenance period. When You're done, just hold down the TRIP button for more than 2 seconds, and You should have it sorted.
