You will need to make sure You have the correct tire pressure before resetting the TPMS sensor as doing this with a bad tire pressure could lead to damage to the vehicle or even possibly injury via an accident. If You're good to go on tire pressure the first thing You need to do is switch the vehicle in to the ON position but do not start the engine. Next hold down the tire pressure monitoring system button for a few moments. It should blink several times and once it is done blinking You can let go of the button. The TPMS should now be reset on Your dashboard.

To reset the tire pressure monitor or tpms system in your 2018 dodge ram 2500 vehicle, turn the ignition key to the "on" position and depress the tpms button, usually located under the dash, until the tpms light blinks several times. Start your vehicle and let it run for at least 20 minutes and your tpms system should be reset.
