After You've rotated the tires on the 2018 Ram 2500, You'll need to reset the tire pressure monitoring system so that the sensor positioning is correct. Luckily, this typically requires no intervention -- the truck will do it on its own. However, You should expect this process to take at least 50 miles; the intermittent nature of tire pressure monitoring signals can sometimes take longer. If Your 2500 is a dually, the rear inner tires cannot be moved from the rear of the truck, since the TPMS sensors operate at a different frequency. If You've rotated them to the front, You'll need to either swap out the sensors or deal with an incorrect output position. Unfortunately, there's no way to calibrate them to the front of the vehicle.

To reset the tpms on the 2018 ram 2500 make sure the tire pressure is correct, then turn on the vehicle. Now hit the reset button that is to the right of the steering wheel and wait ten minutes. In some cases you may need to hold the button down till the light flashes. If the sensor is not working correctly then you may have tires with incorrect pressure, and the car can get bad performance.
