Unfortunately, there's no easy way to remove the speed limiter on Your Chevrolet Cruze -- Chevy uses an electronic speed governing mechanism, so it's not as simple as moving around some nuts and bolts. However, if You have the proper hardware (or know someone who does), it's entirely possible to exceed the 111 manufacturer limit on speed. Be aware that if Your vehicle is under warranty, this may void it. In order to do it, You'll need to have Your Body Control Module (BCM) re-flashed with alternative software. While I don't know precisely the steps for doing this, there are many professionals who do. The equipment is prohibitively expensive, so You'll likely need to find a professional who deals with BCM/ECM modules.
