Removing the front bumper from a 2006 Toyota Tundra is a job that I would consider to be moderately difficult. It is not as difficult as a lot of the more mechanical work, and it can usually be done at home with just hand tools. The first thing You will need to do is remove the front wheel well liners by unscrewing and unclipping them. After those are free You can remove the bolts on the lower side of the bumper where it screws into the other body panels. When all of those are free You can remove the bolts that are at the top of the bumper in the engine compartment. After that simply pull the bumper out to remove it from the clips and it will come off.
