To reset the 2009 Lexus IS250's tire pressure warning light, park the vehicle on a flat surface and using a gauge, check the wheels are inflated to a PSI of 35 for the front and 38 for the rear tires. Wait until the vehicle and Your tires have cooled down or are "cold". Push the ignition or turn the key to the "on" position without firing the engine. Locate the TPMS button to the right of the steering wheel. Depress it until the TPMS warning light flashes three times. Turn the key or push button start to the "off" position. The message should be reset. Remember to check tire pressures regularly in colder weather when the PSI can drop as the temperature decreases.
