If Your blend door is not working in Your 2011 Ford F-150 that is usually caused by damage to to the actuator. Usually this means that You will need to actually access the blend door and remove the actuator and replace it with a new one to fully fix it. You can try to reset the actuator though and see if that helps it not be stuck. First thing You will need to do is remove the fuse for the actuator from the fuse panel in the driver's footwell. After that You will want to start the car and run the AC system for a few minutes. Finally shut off the car and put the fuse back in and see if the blend door works. If it does not then You will need to replace the actuator or the entire blend door assembly.

Pulling the #46 fuse disables the A/C. How do you run the A/C without the fuse?

By pulling the appropriate fuse in the relay box, it is possible the blend door actuator will reset itself.

Wrong location. It is under the hood sitting on top of the radiator.

You need to look at the fuse box on the passenger side on the inside of the truck.

For the 2011 F150, I can confirm that it is fuse #46 in the passenger side fusebox location that you need to remove. This resetting procedure works.

I just used this thread to reset my heater blend door. Fuse #46 in passenger footwell disabled entire AC/heat system. I started my struck, let it run a few minutes, shut it off, then I put the fuse back in place. I could hear the blend door opening 👍. My heat is working again. Thanks for sharing this post!!
