To reset the 2011 Ford F-150 radio, specifically the screen, You'll want to pull the SYNC fuse located in the passenger compartment. It is fuse number 2 which is the second from the top. Reinsert the fuse after which the radio and screen will reboot. If You instead want to do a master reset on the SYNC system first put the car in park. Delete the car from Your phone's bluetooth settings. Navigate to the settings on the SYNC screen and select Master Reset. Once the process has taken place You will have to pair Your phone and the car once again.

Select radio, hold the power button and the right-seek button at the same time for up to 5 seconds.
