If the radio in Your 2014 Ford Fusion is acting up, freezing, or not playing sound the first thing that You should do is reset it. Resetting the radio is a very easy and straightforward procedure. All You need to do is press in on the power button and hold down the right arrow button until the system turns off and then back on. This should in total take about ten seconds to complete. If this does not solve Your radio's issues, or if it was not turning on at all then You should check the fuses. These can pop when there is an excessive current draw to the radio and are also easy to replace.

To reset the 2014 ford fusion radio, press the power button and the right arrow down for about 10 seconds. This should reboot the system.

If still not working then the Audio Control module (ACM) is bad and needs to be replaced. The module is located under the radio and you will need to pop off the trim around the radio and around the shifter and then a 7mm socket to unbolt the ACM
