You can reset the anti-theft protection on the 2005 Ford Focus by first locking Your car with the Securilock. Do this by pressing the lock button two times on Your key fob. You will hear the horn confirming that it has been activated. Now, unlock the car using the key fob which will deactivate the system. Make sure You have removed all the smart keys as these can interfere with the keys signal and can activate Securilock. You may need to reset the anti-theft system for any number of reasons which include a real theft or the triggering of the system by accident. However, You may need to have the car towed to a dealership or mechanic to deactivate the anti-theft system if someone has really tried to steal Your vehicle.
