How do i reset the check engine light 2015 Chrysler 200?

The check engine light in a 2015 Chrysler 200 will illuminate when the engine is experience trouble and there has been an error code within the computer. You should not reset the check engine light unless You have fixed the underlying problem. To reset the light You can force the computer into "successful run" mode by starting the car and driving it forward a few feet, then put it in reverse and go backwards a couple feet. You will do this procedure three times and shut off the motor. Start it back up after waiting about 30 seconds to see if the light has been cleared. Just know that if You have no fixed the issue that is causing the light to illuminate it will just turn back on.
