You will need to press and hold the tpms reset button to reset the tire pressure light on a 2006 Toyota Tacoma and allow the light to blink 3 times. Once You have done this step You can then turn the car on and leave it running for approximately 5 minutes to allow it to reset completely. You should also make sure the tires are at the recommended PSI or else the light will illuminate again. If this does not work You should drive the car above 50 mph for at least 10 minutes to reset the sensor. The PSI for Your tires is very important because it helps keep the fuel economy of the car at the appropriate level but also helps conserve the life of the tires. If the light keeps illuminating You may have to check the tire to see which one is deflating and get it fixed or replace it.
