To reset the tire pressure sensor on the 2008 Toyota Tacoma You need to park in a safe spot and set the tires to the correct pressure. It is 29 psi for the front and 32 psi for the rear P215/70R15 and P265/70R16 tires, 29 psi for the front and rear P245/75R16 and P265/65R17 tires and 35 psi for the front and rear P255/45R18 tires. After doing all that start the engine and find the TPMS reset button, which is to the left of the steering column. The TPMS reset button has the TPMS icon symbol and the word "set". Press the reset button and hold it down until the TPMS warning light on the instrument panel blinks three times. After 5 minutes or so, turn off the vehicle and turn it back on.
