In order to pair a device Your 2013 Chevy Silverado via bluetooth You will first need to give the vehicle power. You can just give it power or start the engine, either is fine. Now look on Your steering wheel and You will see a bluetooth button. Hold this button down for several seconds and You will be given a code. Open up the device You want to pair and move on to the bluetooth section of it and select Your vehicle and then enter the code when prompted. You should be shown confirmation of the pairing both on Your device and on Your vehicle.
