Chevy did not include a way for You to disable the seatbelt chime for the 2017 Chevy Silverado. Seat belts save lives and as a security feature they made it nearly impossible to avoid this alarm. If You try to pull the fuse for it then it will disable other critical parts of the vehicle because they are wired together. If You truly want to use Your vehicle without this noise going off You're going to have to purchase a small extender piece. This are on eBay and can be found for around $10 to $15. Plugging this piece in to Your seatbelt will turn the alarm off.

It's near impossible to disable the chime in your 2017 chevy silverado, they intentionally put in on a fuse that will disable other critical things, so people don't simply pull the fuse.
