How do I update the software in a 2016 Toyota Corolla?

The 2016 Toyota Corolla Entune system can be updated using a USB memory stick. You will need to visit their website and input Your car model and year to download the correct update. Once ready, turn the car on and turn on the Audio system. Press the apps button. Insert the USB memory stick into the port which is located at the center of the dash. The display will ask if You want to update from the old software to the new upon which You can select "Yes". The screen will go blank during when updating the last package. This is considered normal behavior and You should simply wait for the screen to return. Once complete the display will then ask if You'd like to reinstall the package. Select "No". You can then remove the USB stick.
