If You keep up with the manufacturer's suggested maintenance while also making sure You keep up with major services and regular oil changes, a Chrysler 300 is a reliable vehicle. It will have a lifespan of about 200,000 miles. These cars are designed to last a long time. There are some things You can do while You own to car to make it last longer. Don't ignore gauges, Lights, or Alerts. Ignoring these warning lights could leave You stranded on the side of the road or cause extensive and expensive damage to Your vehicle if You continue to drive. Keep an eye on Your fluids and check them regularly. Change Your air filters. Inspect and Rotate Tires.

I own a 2007 Chrysler 300C 5.7L Hemi that just hit 200,000 miles...the engine is still incredibly strong, but I have experienced multiple ABS failures recently and most notably; front end suspension issues. Since December, I have put roughly $4,000 worth of work into her, but I feel she’s worth it. The paint still looks great and absolutely no rust on the body or frame. Only issues with the engine I have had were leaking valve cover gaskets and a bad thermostat and both are relatively inexpensive fixes.

I have a 2011 Chrysler 300c with a 5.7 with 261000 with no issues. All I've ever done to it is had a alternator put on it and it was covered by a recall. One fuel pump, the main one.and have used only synthetic oil since I've had it. One battery 2 yrs ago and about 12 sets of tires. 275/40/20 all around. They ride better and handle great. We love to ride and see America. Not afraid to take off anywhere with it. I change the oil every 10,000 miles. If you take care of it there's no telling how many miles they will go.

I bought a used 2005 300 Touring in 2008. Took it from 22k to 190k in 5 years before engine died. Very reliable otherwise so I bought a used 2012 in 2013 - about same # miles and took it to 235k before it died after several hoursof 90-100 mph driving on I-10 on way to El Paso. Very good cars but they have a ceiling for sure.

I have a 2009 Chrysler 300 touring with 255,000 miles. Last week i drive it to Danville VA. From Nashville TN. I also drove there last month no problem. (I do make sure I have about 6000.00 dollars on me when I do it). I told my wife if it break down, I will leave it where it is, and rent a car to get home. I'm still waiting on a reason to buy a another car. Just keep up the maintenance. Buy parts from NAPA.

In 2005 I bought a 2002 Chrylser 300 M that had 88K miles on it. Oil is changed every 3-4K miles. It now has 234,000 miles and runs great and still has its gutsy growl, with only minor repairs such as battery brace and thermostat replacement. Leather is top quality too with no tears or worn spots! The quality is not skin deep as with so many other cars.

I have a 2008 300C with 250,000 miles on it and a 2006 300C AWD with 216,000 with no major non-crash problems so far, so I would say a 300 should last a long time. (I hope for my future or else I will get to know a lot about the mechanicals of a 300.) Sorry if my grammar is wrong but I have not slept in too long.

My 2009 Chrysler 300 3.5 engine has 235,000. I change my oil every 3,000 miles using full synthetic oil. I also do a transmission drain and fill every 30,000 miles. Really the two biggest things to really keep your car moving is Oil and transmission changes (not flush).

Also a alternator which was a recall. I wouldn't trade it for anything. I've put all the miles on it. I guess you could say they're a lot of road miles.
