A Kia Soul will last about 200,000 miles on average, assuming a couple of things. The first is that You are takeng care of the car. Adhering to the maintenance schedule is very important as it makes sure that small things do not become big things over time. If You take the car in once a year for tune-ups then You don't need to worry about this as they will do all of these things for You. The other thing is to make sure You do not ignore the check engine light. If You do then what may be a minor problem can bloom into a major one and cost You a lot of money or damage the car.

I have a 2012 Kia soul that has nearly 250,000 MILES! Its never had the first problem. The only thing I've ever had to do to it is change the oil and replace the tires. No BS, that is really the only thing I've ever done to it! It's still going strong and getting 38+mph! When....IF it ever gives up on me, I will definitely be buying another Kia Soul!

Just hit 210k miles and biggest repairs have been the timing belt and some evap system work. Oh and brakes but that was on me, I drive off-road about 30% of the time which is hard on the brakes and evap system (dirt dirt dirt).

I have a 2011 Kia Soul Plus.I have 290,000 miles on it. I have replaced the timing belt and other belts about three times. I have replaced the alternator 3 times, wheel bearings on front passenger side once, brake shoes once, front pads about five times, purge valve once and air cabin filter once and of course have had many oil changes. I purchased the card used in 2013 with 64,000 miles on it. It was a rental car. I have enjoyed driving the car and sometimes people have asked me if it is a new car.My goal is to get at least 400,000 miles on it. Maybe 500,000.

Still have my 2012!+ It’s over 200k miles and other than tires and oil changes I haven’t had to do anything to it. This vehicle was meat to be an “in between” car until I was ready to buy what I had in mind and now I’m loving it.

Still have my 2011 Kia Soul! , found out they don't make the "!" anymore. But bought a 2020 Sportage EX with the Moonroof package!!! Loving it, too!! I'm thinking Kia is the Honda of "the good old days!" Will keep you posted!! Ps, had the Sportage for 8 months. Only 6300 miles with a trip from FL to IN included. ILOVE it. Never noticed road notice in my Soul til I got this! Both ARE AMAZING!!! 5 ⭐

Bought a used 2015 Kia Soulin January 2022. Had 55k...at 60k the starter went out...$600!! My mileage is seemingly going down too. Started out around 34+mpg on the hwy, now barely able to make 31mpg. The salesman seriously pushed the $2500 warranty, which only covered to 115k. Never have had an issue with any vehicle before about 120k. Hope the thing lasts and doesn’t cost me a fortune!!

I bought my 2010 Soul some years ago it had 115K miles. I had been a lease vehicle and not well maintained. I spent about $900US on maintenance. Replaced timing belt, all other belts and hoses. Replace trans filter and fluid, did a tune up and replaced the other filters. It now has 212K miles. Motor runs great, doesn't burn oil. Tran works great, though I changed the trans fluid about every 30K miles. The body has no rust. I have done brakes and tires on it. That's it! So in hopes of getting another 100K out of it I just spent another $1,000 doing all the maintenance I had done 100K miles ago. I hope this investment pays off.

2018 Kia Soul! With Turbo - Change that oil, if it gets d***y, change it - miles don't matter - clean oil does! I use Amzoil in mine and it runs smooth smooth. Got 135,000 miles and dealer said my intake is spotless, no carbon build up at all, I use good high octane gas and and lots on highway miles. Changed rear shock and front struts with Bilstein shocks and man did it make a difference. This thing is a pocket rocket and I always manually shift. Changed torque mount, engine and transmission mount and now it drives like it is on rails. Great Car! Love mine! RBB
