To change the front wheel bearing on the Ford F-150 4x4 You will need to do a few things. To start You will need to jack the truck up and remove the tires. Once You have done this You will now want to unbolt the caliper from the brake line, and then pull the brake line off the wheel. You will now be able to pop off the wheel bearing disk, and underneath You will see the hub. Unbolt this from the spindle and then pull it off. Now You will have access to the bearing, though You will need to unbolt them as well. Once You do they will pull off and You can put the new ones back in their place.

Start by parking your car on a flat surface. Use wheel chocks under the tires for the bearings you won't be working on. Loosen the lug nuts counterclockwise and lift the wheel using a jack. Unscrew the lug nuts and remove the wheel, then remove the brake caliper. Then remove the dust cover, cotter pin, and castle nut. Remove the rotor, and then unscrew the hub bolts and remove the old hub. Disassemble the hub assembly, then remove races and clean the knuckle, and install new races and new bearings. Then repeat all these steps in reverse.
