To change the wiper blades on the 2017 Ford Escape You will first need to get new ones. The driver and passenger side blades will come in a two-pack and are 24 inches and 18 inches respectively. The back window will be sold by itseLFAnd it measures in at 13 inches long. To remove the old blades You will want to find the lump of plastic at the base of the blade. Squeeze this and pull up with some force. The blades will slide right off this way. Now do the reverse hold the lump and slide the new blades on. Run the wipers for a min to make sure they are on right and are not rubbing.

That is the stupidest answer..... .the whole reason someone asks how to replace the wiper blade is because they need to know how to release the blade without breaking the arm.

To change the rear wiper on the 2017 ford escape, carefully lift up the arm and release the blade. You are then ready to put the new blade into place.
