Setting the clock on a Ford F-150 is a pretty easy to do but there are two different procedures depending on the stereo that You have. If You have the base stereo without the touch screen then You need to press and hold the CLK button until the hours flash. After that press seek to adjust the hours up or down, next press CLK again to make the minutes flash and adjust them with seek as well. Once You are done You can just release the buttons for ten seconds and the clock will be set. If You do have the screen You will just need to go to the settings menu. From there You will scroll to clock, then select set time. After that You can use the number pad to set the clock to the current time.

Mine has an RDS button that has to be pressed twice the light. The first time it will say RDS Off then the second click will flash and show (select hours) then you can change the time with the up and down select buttons

To change the clock on the ford f-150, press and hold the clock button until clock set shows up on the display. Change the settings by using the seek arrows, and the tune arrows for the minutes.
