Replacing a Chevrolet S-10's turn signal bulb should be relatively simple, but the job varies slightly depending on which turn signal You'll be replacing. Understandably, there's a difference between replacing a front turn signal bulb and a rear one; however, both are able to be completed with little headache, in only a few minutes of time. For the front turn signals, You'll find two clips that hold the apparatus in place. First, remove them. You'll then be able to gain access to the interior workings of the front turn signals. Remove the electrical connector from the bulb, and twist it counter clockwise to remove. Install the new turn signal by turning it clockwise, reconnect the electrical connector, and then finally reinstall the housing.

Unscrew the cover of the headlights and then unscrew the old bulb. You can then remove it and screw the new one in. Then put the cover back on and screw it back down tight.
