If You need to change a turn signal bulb on a Chevy Silverado it is a pretty easy process to do. The firSTStep is to open the hood of the truck to get to the headlight assembly. Once You have reached the headlight assembly You can follow the wiring to the outside bulb. There are three wires that go to the headlight, one for the high beams, one for the low beams, and one for the turn signal. The wire on the outside edge goes tot he signal. Remove that wire and then You can remove the bulb from the headlight housing and then replace it with a fresh one. Connect the wires and test the functionality to make sure it works.
