To remove the inner door panel from Your Chevrolet Spark, You'll first need to remove the arm rest. You can do so by removing the visible screws. Once this is off, You'll have access to the rest of the screws that secure the door panel to the metal door. Once these are removed, all that You'll be left to contend with are the clips. Use a flat tool, like a flathead screwdriver or a small pry bar, and slip it between the panel and the metal door frame. Repeat this process from numerous angles, being careful not to damage the plastic. Once the panel is loose, You'll need to disconnect the window electrics (or the window crank, if Your Spark doesn't have power windows). The inner panel should now come free.

Two screws. One in the middle of the armrest and one in the middle of the door handle pull. Once those are out - use a small pry tool and go around the right/left/bottom edges of the door popping the retainers loose. Easiest to begin with the bottom left hand side on (driver door) or opposite on passenger front door. Lift off the top of the door then Remove any electrical connectors. Any retainers that stayed on the door itself can be pulled and slid back onto the door panel for reinstalling
