How to fix chassis control system error Nissan Rogue?

I started the Nissan Rogue 2017 in the morning, it did not start and show "Classic system error" what would be the problem and how much it may cost

Car wouldn't start had to get a jump off twice Now the warning malfunction about the chassis control system error and a car displaying a key came on while driving stayed on for 30 mins now gone off

11/27/2022..this warning showed up on my Nissan rogue 2016 ...and no u don't always have to take it the dealer ..u have to search and read .the dealershipcan just tell u over the phone but they won't. Anyways remover the 10 amp fuse that says elect something and switch it with another that says spare.and the stupid warning came off .most warning comes if there'sa short when u don't secure ur neg...pole.eg.if u trying to add an amp or music wise ..thank u guys it work for me so hope I help thousands of ppl from those who knows but won't share or help . This is a complicated issue and you will need to take the vehicle into the shop.

This scenario played out last night while my wife was in a parking lot. She turned the car on, without starting it, to roll the window down while she made a brief phone call. The radio was on, just because the car was “on”, but she had turned it down all the way. 2-3 minutes later, she put her foot on the brake pedal and pushed the button to start the car. Dash board lit up with “Chasis system error” (or something to that effect) and the car would not turn over. After calling me and letting me know what happened, she manually locked the doors and was waiting for me to arrive. About 15 minutes later, while she was just sitting in the car with the doors locked, the map light started blinking and the doors unlocked themselves. She again tried starting the car, but it still wouldn’t turn over. I arrived shortly thereafter, and jumped the car battery with my truck. It took two tries, but started right up. We drove it home about 20 miles without issue, and after she turned it off in the driveway, she tried to start it again, thinking the alternator should have charged the battery during the drive, and sure enough, it started right up with no issues or errors. I did replace the battery, though, just to be certain she wouldn’t be stranded in another parking lot in the near future.

Is this a safety issue?

In the morning, found my 2018 Nissan Rogue cohld not ve started,and the screen showed chasis control system error / mal function alternatively. Checked all the wires and fuse boxes, found no problem.Jump linked another battery, no way to start, until both batteriesgot exhausted. Finally, tookthe car battery off and charged it for about 5 hours. Next morning, installed the original battery, started the engine, it worked. The engine worked smoothly, all warnings disappeared.Went out for a ride,tested propilot setting, all turned out to be fine.

Willnot crank

It means your battery is dead and you can start the car if you get a jump after that It is up to if you want to take it to the shop or not. Mine does this when I I have the car off but flashers or radio on.

I have a 2017 rough I called Nisson it took one and a half hours to get some one to answer the phone in service not good my chassie control lite came on Nisson bo s not take You home Any more so you are left paying out more money it costs 189’00 dollars plus re pair’s plus a taxi I am sorry will be going back to a Chevy

Hi my car is also showing the chassis control sign, wanted to go go town, came back quick, what might be the problem

A chassis control system error came on as I was driving and took a little dip in and up from a hill. I pulled over and turned my car off and then back on. I came off and I didn’t think nothing of it. The next day as I was driving at a stop sign my engine turned off and my car started to roll back. I put the car in park turned it off and back on. The car drove but engine light is now on. What could be the problem?

Not an answer but a question as to why is there not a recall for this error if it is an error. I just did a recall for the harness and they checked my vehicle and found no problems. 10 days later the light came on. This is the third time it has done it and I took it to another mechanic and found no problem but was able to remove the warning by doing a reboot

My car would not turn off after chassis control systems error came on. The air would not turn on , could barely accelerate was able to slowly drive home. Every warning light lit up. I have never had a car that would not turn off ! I have looked up every thing I can. And all I can find is it will turn itself off or bring it in seeing its late at night we can not bring it in anywhere. Battery is fine everything I’ve looked up has said can’t turn it off. Complete nightmare !

Ihad to geta jump off it will crank right up but want go in gear
