To get the fault error codes on a Ford Fiesta You will start by pressing the odometer button, turn the ignition key to "ii" position. Now You will see "text" message is displayed and You can stop pressing the odometer button. The DTC codes will made up of five digits and each digit will represent either a part or a full system of the vehicle. The first digits will be P = powertrain, B = body, C = Chasis, and U = future systems. The next codes will represent a system such as fuel and air, ignition systems/mIS Fire, emission controls, Vehicle speed control, etc..
