If You have a flat tire in Your Honda CR-V then You will need to first jack it up to remove the old tire and install a new one. There is a jack that is located in the tool kit at the rear storage compartment in Your SUV and that can be used to lift the car. Your CR-V is built on a unibody platform so there is not a frame rail that You can jack from. Instead You will need to find the pinch welds on the bottom of Your car and place the jack there. Using any other spot can damage Your vehicle's body and also can cause the vehicle to slip off of the jack. Always make sure that You are lifting Your car on a flat surface as well so it does not roll off the jack.

To jack up a honda crv you will need to find the solid jack points that are located on the sides and rear of the vehicle.
