Jumpstarting a 2006 Toyota Highlander will be slightly different than a normal vehicle. In order to get started the first thing You'll need to do is pop the hood. Once You have the hood up look towards the fuse box. Remove the cover from the fuse boxAnd You're going to see a jump start terminal located inside of it. From here You'll basically do what You normally do and connect the jumpers to the terminal in the fuse box treating it like You would a normal battery.

To jumpstart the Highlander Hybrid you will need to connect the red cables to the positive terminals and the black cable to the negative terminals. The vehicle giving the jump should be left on for about 5min once cables are connected.
