If Your Ford EcoSport is not starting the first thing that You should do is try to jump start it. If You are able to start the car after jump starting that usually is a sign that You have a dead battery or an alternator that is not charging Your battery while You are driving. To jump start an Ecosport You will need to locate the jump start terminal that can be found in the engine compartment. It will have a red cover over it. Connect the positive jumper cable to that spot. Next connect the other end of the positive to the positive terminal in the good car. After that connect the negative to the grounding point in Your Ecosport engine bay, and to the negative battery terminal in the good car. After all of that is connected You can attempt to start Your car.

Push the boosting vehicle next to the dead battery but not touching it so that the jumper cables can attach without being taut. ... Clamp the red positive(+) cable onto the red positive(+) battery terminal on the disabled vehicle. Next the other end of the red connects to the other end of the battery. Start the engine and let it run for a couple of minutes before attempting to start.
